To book a Mobile Event, call us or fill out the request form on our website. We require a minimum of 6 guests, and bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to ensure availability and prepare all necessary materials.

The cost per guest for a Mobile Event is *$35.00 for adults and *$25.00 for children’s events (ages 8-12) and seniors (ages 60+).

Lynked Virtual Events are live-streamed beading sessions where you can create along with our instructors from the comfort of your home. The kits will be shipped directly to you.
You can join a scheduled public event or host a private virtual event. Registration and payment are required in advance, and we’ll send you all the materials you need.
Yes, you can host a private virtual event with a minimum of 4 guests. Bookings should be made at least three weeks in advance to allow time for shipping the kits.
The cost for participating in a Virtual Event is $40.00 per person for public and private events. Children’s parties are priced at $25.00 per person.

For Virtual Events, feel free to enjoy your preferred beverages in the comfort of your home. However, we encourage responsible drinking and remind all participants to adhere to local alcohol consumption laws, especially considering the presence of minors if it’s a mixed-age event.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking for both Lynked Mobile and Virtual Events. For Mobile Events, a deposit representing 2 guests plus a $50 non-refundable travel fee is needed. For Virtual Events, a deposit representing 2 guests plus a $50 non-refundable shipping fee is required. This deposit will be applied to the total guest count.
Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the event. For cancellations made more than two weeks in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus a credit card transaction fee.
